What's New in r116
Release r116 was published on 10 Sep, 2018
In the last release we launched an all-new debugger for the C3 runtime. We've been fixing some issues and tieing off loose ends for this release, so we've got a batch of updates for the C3 debugger to help make sure it's working right.
There's also some more work done to refine the C3 runtime, as we continue to fix issues that come to light. We've had some great feedback from testers and it's helped make it more robust and compatible for games that switch over to it - so thanks to everyone who's been helping with that! In this release we've done a lot of work to help make sure exported projects using the C3 runtime work correctly, so if you previously had trouble with that, it's probably worth another shot with this update.
If you haven't tried it already, consider switching your project to the C3 runtime. We'll be doing more to encourage people to upgrade the runtime in the near future, so it would be useful for beta testers to try it out and let us know if there are any more remaining issues. The C3 runtime is now feature-complete and we feel it is getting close to ready in terms of its reliability as well, but the more testing we get done in advance, the better!
