Release r448 was published on 15 Jul, 2025
This is our last planned beta release before a stable release that's currently scheduled for next week. In this release we've updated the Construct Game Services plugin with a key change: it now supports authentication! This allows users to log in with a choice of 11 account providers, including Google, Microsoft, Steam, and more, in both browsers and any of Construct's export options. The login account is now also used for leaderboards outside of the Arcade (using them on the Arcade remains the same). We have plans for future updates to Construct Game Services which will also make use of authentication, so we felt this was an important update to include before the stable release.
Other updates include more improvements for the new Asset Browser, and a batch of what are hopefully the final bug fixes of this release cycle. Happy testing!
