In case you missed it, Construct 3 will open up the full version for free this weekend for the Global Game Jam 2018! This build includes some updates so that we can notify you when the game jam is running and when it ends.
We've also got a batch of extra bug fixes, particularly in the Animations Editor. We've also changed the NW.js export in the desktop build to produce a zip file like it does in the browser. This should fix a problem exporting for the Mac or Linux platforms, but it's also essential to ensure the correct file permissions are set when transferring files between platforms. On Windows exporting all the files to a folder will lose critical file permissions that are needed for the app to work, but keeping the files in the zip and extracting on the target system ensures it will work.
